BEST OF ENTIRE PRODUCTIONS 20TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Entire Productions designs an annual showcase experience for clients and those in the event planning industry to highlight their best talent and event design, planning and production prowess. To safely celebrate their 20th year anniversary, Entire Productions programmed over two hours of virtual and hybrid entertainment. Over 150 attendees experienced everything from astrology, demos from top chefs, caricature artists, live magic, aerial dancers, to a non-stop rooftop DJ dance party spread throughout the three virtual venues. Included in the $20K+ giveaways was an iPad and Oculus headset gifted by Allseated.

CHALLENGES

The event that has always been held onsite had to be delivered virtually due to COVID-19 limitations.

Pay special attention to presentation of the live and pre-recorded performances as the core business is entertainment.

Needed a virtual platform to replicate the on-site event experience and offer a hybrid experience. It was important to find a platform that made communication, networking, and navigation easy and engaging.

Design three virtual venues to incorporate the 20+ performers across various booths and screens playing simultaneously throughout the two-hour event.

SOLUTIONS

The ease of the virtual environment was extremely practical – from attending stage sessions to visiting the various booths to interacting with other participants. All functions could be controlled and used via a single tool.

Attendees restricted by travel were able to gather and network safely and easily.

Access to attendee engagement and interactions is a clear advantage for those in the hybrid and virtual event space looking to gain valuable insight to the guest journey.

We were able to combine a mixture of live and pre-recorded content to entertain our guests throughout the event without losing production or connection quality.

The virtual implementation even offers a more lasting experience than an in-person event as all performances were recorded and can be viewed again at any time afterwards.
