CHALLENGES

  • COVID-19 prevented us from running in-person events 
  • We needed to create an event that gave Conference Care the opportunity to meet with customers in an environment that still offered easy opportunities for networking, interaction, and speaker segments.

SOLUTIONS

  • Running an event virtually meant we could extend the reach of the event
  • We were able to network as if we were physically in the room with our customers
  • Esther Stanhope, our guest speaker, was able to interact with guests as if in person rather than a static live stream
  • Splitting the room between conference and exhibition space (downstairs) and beach side bar (upstairs), gave the event a perfect mix of business and pleasure. We were even able to have live music playing at the event.
  • The event in EXVO provided opportunity to showcase the platform as a new option for virtual meetings
