COVID-19 prevented us from running in-person events

We needed to create an event that gave Conference Care the opportunity to meet with customers in an environment that still offered easy opportunities for networking, interaction, and speaker segments.

SOLUTIONS

Running an event virtually meant we could extend the reach of the event

We were able to network as if we were physically in the room with our customers

Esther Stanhope, our guest speaker, was able to interact with guests as if in person rather than a static live stream

Splitting the room between conference and exhibition space (downstairs) and beach side bar (upstairs), gave the event a perfect mix of business and pleasure. We were even able to have live music playing at the event.
