Fourth of July Cocktails From Marcia Selden Catering

Blackberry Lemon Shandy

1 C Lemon Sour Mix

Blonde Beer (1 bottle)

5 Fresh Blackberries, muddled

Fresh Mint, 4 sprigs

Muddle blackberries and mint. Over ice, add the berry/mint mixture, add beer and sour mix, stir to combine. 

Beerly Legal 

2 ounces fresh orange juice

1 ounce Campari or Aperol

8 ounces light beer (Amstel)

Maraschino cherry

Stir to combine the orange juice, Campari and beer. Add a cherry on top.

Ginger Island

2 oz. Spiced Rum

8 oz. Crabbies Ginger Beer

Juice from ½ a Lime

Drop of vanilla extract

Lime wedge

Stir to combine all ingredients, add a lime wedge to glass rim.
